I initially hired Suzanne as my coach, for a one year contract, in an effort to refocus and rejuvenate a retail business that I had owned and managed for 23 years. It was an eye-opening experience, and I eagerly anticipated each weekly coaching session. The final result? I realized I had been disillusioned with retail for years. I completely changed directions, focused on those aspects of my work that I enjoyed the most, sold the retail business and consequently haven't been this happy in years! Coaching has been one of the best decisions I have ever made.
