Open the Door to Mastery

You are a spiritual being who chose to live on a plane of existence that gives you a physical experience. The human aspects of you are equal parts physical, emotional, and mental. In order to awaken to your divine self you must master your mind, your emotions, and your physical body. Then you express your Master Self in all aspects of your life; health, finances, vocation, avocation, relationships, recreation, environment, etc.

What stands in the way of your Mastery? YOU DO! False beliefs, unmanaged feelings, thoughts, and behaviors keep you from being a master.

Being on the path of mastery begins by you choosing it; all you need to do is open the door and you must do so consciously. Next, you will want to unravel and release everything about life as you know it. Why? Because you were raised and schooled within a system that taught you to be limited and less than who you truly are. Third, you will want to experience the qualities of love, joy, peace, and harmony.

So, what do you say? Are you ready to choose mastery? Begin now with these simple exercises:

  1. Choose mastery. The best way to do this is to claim it by saying out loud, “I AM a Master and as I move through my day today, I will experience being a Master.”
  2. Unravel and release life as you know it. Begin to question what you believe about yourself, others, and the world around you. Next, every time you experience a negative thought or feeling, become the observer of your self and do so without judgment. Read more about being the observer in The Power of Now, by Eckhart Tolle.
  3. Experience your life with love, joy, peace and harmony. Each day choose to experience the day with one of these qualities. Let’s say for example you want to claim peace as your experience. Upon awakening in the morning, say “Today I will experience peace in everything. I AM peace!” Then go about your day. Every so often throughout the day let your mind focus on the words I AM peace and as you do so, allow yourself to feel peace in your heart. Being peace does not mean you step over things, ignore your feelings, or allow people to take advantage of you. If within your day you experience a thing that is challenging, ask yourself in that moment, “What would peace do right now?” Allow yourself to feel peace and then respond.
