You are energy; from a physics perspective we are all composed of energy. Your energy impacts everyone around you; and the energy of everyone around you impacts you, too.

The source of that energy, God, Great Spirit, the Buddha, Jesus, Mohammed, the Universe – whomever or whatever you believe in – expresses itself through you. Through your Self. Your Self is the complete, unique, exquisite energy that is you and only you.

And naturally, your Self seeks expression. Every Self seeks expression.

That’s why you are here – that’s your life purpose, that’s everyone’s life purpose – to experience and express your Self; to engage with, experience, and express the energy...of you.

This is what I see, understand, and have experienced within my own life and in the course of my work with many, many people for more than 18 years.

Further, what I see is that within each of us – no matter what our individual beliefs – is an indomitable human spirit. Our indomitable human spirit – whether you understand that from a religious, physics, or philosophical point of view – connects us interdependently to one another and to a greater whole body of energy...be that God, humanity, or the galaxy; again, whatever it is that you choose to believe.

As this source of energy is indomitable (like nature itself), so are we.

No one and nothing can dominate us; except that which we allow to dominate us; or that which we believe can dominate us.

Indomitable human spirit is what rose up from within Bill Badger, Patricia Maisch, Steve Rayle, and Joseph Zamudio on January 8th in Tucson when they chose to leap into the chaos and tackle a young man with a semi-automatic gun, grab his ammunition, and pin him to the ground.

Indomitable human spirit is what intern Daniel Hernandez exhibited when he rushed to the bleeding body of his boss, Congresswoman Gabby Giffords, held her in his lap, pressed his hand to her shattered face, and spoke soothingly to her.

This is indomitable human spirit.

The very best way you can allow your indomitable human spirit to express itself, is through your experiencing and expressing who you are...fully and freely.

When you choose to engage, experience, and express your Self...you become more of you. When you become more of you, you bring more of your indomitable human spirit into the world.

This is how you evolve as a human being.

This is how you can create a life you love; a life of certainty, intimacy, enjoyment, and fulfillment.

This is also how you can change the world.

Simply by being more of you.
